What is an urgent care? Is it different than an ER?
Our urgent care facility provides acute care in a timely manner. We are a walk-in clinic that can treat and manage needs varying in severity, but are not considered a true emergency.
Can you treat and manage my chronic medical conditions?
Yes, we treat a wide variety of chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and more.
What is the average wait time?
The average wait time is 5-10 minutes. This may vary depending on the amount of patients checked into the clinic for treatment.
Do I need an appointment for treatment?
No, appointments are not necessary as we are a walk-in clinic.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most standard insurance, such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Humana, Veterans Community Care Network, and many more. If you have questions whether or not we take your insurance, please call us at 985-412-2020.

We are currently not in-network with any form of Medicaid, but we do offer cash pay pricing for patients.

Do I have to wear a mask in the clinic?

At this time, we are NOT requiring masks to be worn in the clinic.

What are the symptoms associated with COVID-19?
Information regarding COVID-19 is constantly changing. As of now, the most common symptoms are fever, cough, body aches, shortness of breath, and loss of taste and/or smell.
Do you have the rapid COVID-19 tests available?
Yes, we currently have rapid COVID-19 tests available in-clinic. Pending your insurance verification, you may have a fee associated with the rapid COVID-19 test in-clinic.
Do you have the capability to test for COVID-19 antibodies?
Yes, we do have the capabilities to test for COVID-19 antibodies, however, the labs are drawn at our local laboratories. Orders are given at the time of visit.
Do you have the COVID-19 swab?
Yes, we do have the COVID-19 swab. We have rapid COVID-19 testing, as well as PCR testing which is sent to our local laboratories for processing.
How long does it take for a COVID-19 test to be resulted?
Rapid COVID-19 swabs take 15 minutes for results. PCR tests sent off to local laboratories take anywhere from 1-3 days for results to be sent to our clinic once the lab receives your swab. As soon as we receive the results, you will be contacted with the results.
